Cold Calling; Daily Sales; Prospecting; Appointment
Setting and In-person Sales Presentations; Responsible for maximizing
revenue and non-revenue accounts; Spend a minimum of 30 hour per week
in the field prospecting new customers and visiting current customers.
Attend community functions such as trade shows and chambers
Strong ability to cold-call and effectively qualify
leads, particularly into new markets
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills including ability to communicate with
all levels of management, as well as strong work ethic and time management
Persuasive interpersonal skills
Analyze user requirements and program functions to improve existing systems; design and implement UNIX server program; review system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to determine if program changes are necessary to maximize operational efficiency; design and develop Data Storage & Backup Solutions utilizing SAN & NAS technology; implement LAN & VPN systems and develop DVR security and Access Control Systems; study system capacity and IP routing to identify necessary services and applications; test and evaluate hardware & software to determine the efficiency, reliability, and compatibility of systems.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer & its Applications. Or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer & its Applications plus 5 years progressive experience in the job offered in lieu of Master’s degree.
